Responsibilities
- Lead and execute design for CPG brand packaging, ensuring visual excellence, shelf impact, and brand alignment across diverse portfolios.
- Translate creative briefs and business objectives into thoughtful, effective design solutions using strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Design for a variety of channels, including but not limited to: Brand Packaging, Social media content, E-commerce assets, Sales and promotional materials (in-store, retail, shopper marketing, etc.).
- Collaborate with brand managers, marketers, and other internal partners to ensure creative work supports strategic goals.
- Art direct photoshoots for food and tabletop environments, both with our internal photo studio and with external partners.
- Maintain and evolve brand standards while pushing creative innovation in a highly regulated CPG environment.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience working with CPG brands, including hands-on packaging design and retail support.
- Strong understanding of branding systems and how they translate across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Proven ability to move from strategy to execution with attention to detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with photography direction, production workflows, and print production for packaging.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft etc.).
- Experience utilizing AI enabled design tools preferred.
Location
This role is based out of our Lakeville, MN office, with a hybrid on-site presence 3 days per week.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $70,386 - $98,541 per year.
