Senior Designer

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with clients and cross-functional teams across brand identity, packaging, visual communication, digital design, and time-based media
• Participate in dynamic team brainstorms, contribute to design critiques, and dive deep into independent execution
• Communicate ideas with confidence and craft creative solutions that directly support strategic project goals
• Balance high-level strategic problem-solving with hands-on design development
• Stay on the leading edge of global design trends

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in high-performing design environments
• Outstanding technical mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Curiosity for emerging digital platforms and new media technologies
• Exceptional communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Ability to take on complex strategic design briefs and translate them into compelling, goal-oriented visual work

Pay

Salary range: $85,000 to $110,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.

Schedule
