Senior Designer

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of the full design journey—from early concepts to final execution
• Collaborate with a talented, mission-driven team
• Lead design projects including programming, space planning, and specifications
• Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver thoughtful, impactful solutions
• Create conceptual designs, block plans, and detailed drawings (AutoCAD)
• Conduct product research and ensure design accuracy and compliance
• Present ideas in client meetings, RFPs, and project interviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and employees to improve expertise and outcomes
• Mentor and support the growth of other designers

What You Bring

• 5 years experience in a similar or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
• Strong product and technical knowledge of major contract furniture manufacturers
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and space planning
• Confidence leading meetings, presentations, and client conversations
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• A collaborative spirit and passion for mentoring others
