About the role
Involve and collaborate throughout every stage of the branding process. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform design strategies. Develop brand guidelines and visual assets that facilitate seamless brand implementation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Client Director and Creative/Design Director to ensure the brief is clear, inspiring, and aligns with business goals.
- Ensure that work, at all stages, meets or exceeds client objectives by acting as a consultant interpreting and constructively challenging feedback to elevate the outcome.
- Present work to clients confidently with clear rationale and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to ISO procedures (archiving, backups, purchasing), and promote best practices across the team.
- Provide input on project budgets and timelines and ensure effective use of resources throughout.
- Keep the Creative Director informed on progress and collaborate with production teams to ensure proposals are executable.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior design staff on project execution and professional development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Graphic Design, Communications Design, Arts, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of related work experience.
- Experience with industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and collaborative design platforms such as Figma or Miro.
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving IT-related issues impacting design workflows, file management, data backup, and version control.
- Experience in production lifecycle management, including evaluating design proposals for feasibility within technical and production constraints.
- Experience applying creative strategy methodologies to align visual solutions with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Experience developing and maintaining project documentation in compliance with ISO standards (digital archiving, physical file storage, and purchasing logs).
- Experience utilizing document and project management systems to track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
Schedule
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Pay
Salary: $123,011.00/yr.
