About the role
Responsible for leading a team of software developers to design, develop, and maintain complex software applications. Must have strong programming skills in Java, Python, and SQL. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is essential. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new software features based on user feedback and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- Continuously improve software architecture and performance through best practices and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
