SENIOR DESIGNER / ARCHITECT [8+ years experience]

Responsibilities

• Research & Design
• Documentation & Detailing
• 3D-Modelling
• Physical Modelling
• Project Management
• Coordination with internal team, consultants, contractors and clients

Requirements

• 8+ years of architectural design and documentation experience, preferably with 4-5 years at current place of employment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team setting of a small office environment
• High-end residential experience with Contract Administration experience
• Meticulous drawing and modelling skills (3D & Physical)
• Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with a positive, diligent work ethic
• SD-CD level project experience in REVIT and Rhino
• Rendering experience using Enscape

Compensation
