Senior Design Manager- Corporate Real Estate

About the role

The Senior Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of corporate real estate projects within the Research & Development department. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of real estate management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and execution of corporate real estate projects
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize space utilization and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate real estate management
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with real estate software and tools
