Senior Design Lead - PCB Design Tool, Board Design

About the role

The Senior Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing design verification & validation, PCB Design Tool, and test/interface/uc board design. The primary focus will be on leading the design team, ensuring the successful verification and validation of designs, utilizing PCB design tools effectively, and designing test/interface/uc boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the design team in executing design verification and validation activities
• Utilize pcb design tools to develop and modify designs as required
• Design, develop, and test interface and uc boards to meet project requirements
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful design outcomes
• Provide technical expertise and support for design related issues
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in design processes

Requirements

• Proficiency in design verification and validation methodologies
• Expertise in working with pcb design tools such as altium designer, orcad, or eagle
• Strong knowledge of test/interface/uc board design techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in managing design projects and teams
• Any relevant certifications in design verification & validation, PCB Design Tool, or related fields are a plus

Pay

Candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
