We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Position Summary (maybe About the role). Roles & Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Work Environment (maybe part of Responsibilities or separate). Qualifications (Qualifications). Skills/Knowledge/Traits (Skills). Experience & Education (maybe part of Qualifications or separate). There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. There's mention of typical work week - 40 hrs, willingness to work 10% overtime as needed, travel not required. That's schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section with that info. Benefits not mentioned, so omit. Pay not mentioned, omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive info. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: About the role (position summary). Responsibilities (Roles & Responsibilities + Key Responsibilities). Qualifications (Qualifications). Skills (Skills/Knowledge/Traits). Experience & Education maybe part of Qualifications but we could combine. However we should not create thin sections; maybe combine Qualifications and Experience & Education into one Qualifications section. But we have separate headings allowed: Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Education? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It lists possible headings but not mandatory to use all. We can include Experience & Education as a heading if we want, but it's not in the list; but we could treat it as Qualifications. Safer to stick to given headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Schedule. Possibly also Requirements? Not needed. We need to include all substantive info: Position Summary content, Roles & Responsibilities content (including Technical Leadership, Advanced Design Engineering bullet points), Work Environment content, Qualifications content, Skills/Knowledge/Traits content, Experience & Education content. We need to format lists appropriately. Let's extract content. Position Summary: "Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO 9001:2015 Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations Ensure the promotion of customer focus Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained" That's a list of bullet-like statements. We'll put in

    • . Roles & Responsibilities: It says "Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the design, development, and documentation of low- and medium-voltage switchgear and power distribution systems, while providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, customer requirements, and MCM quality standards." Then "Key Responsibilities:" with subheadings Technical Leadership and Advanced Design Engineering, each with bullet points. We need to preserve all. We'll create a
for responsibilities, maybe nested? Simpler: each bullet as
      • . We'll include the introductory sentence as a
      • as well? Could be separate

        . But rule: Use

        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should put duties in a list. The introductory sentence is also a duty. So we can include it as a list item. Technical Leadership bullet points: list. Advanced Design Engineering bullet points: list. Work Environment: "Functions with a high degree of autonomy and technical authority. Expected to independently manage complex projects while providing guidance and support to other engineers. Typical work week - 40 hrs. This is an on-site position unless approval is given by management based on a major life change Willingness to work 10% overtime as needed. Travel is not required for this position." We could put that in a

or maybe as list? It's prose. Use

. Qualifications: "The successful Senior Design Engineer must:" then a list of bullet points (many). We'll put each as

        • . Skills/Knowledge/Traits: list of items. Experience & Education: "The well-qualified Design Engineer will have:" then list. We'll combine Qualifications and Experience & Education maybe under Qualifications? But we have a lot of content; we could keep Qualifications heading for the "must" list, and another heading Experience & Education (though not in list). Safer to follow allowed headings: Qualifications. Could incorporate experience & education into Qualifications as part of same list. But the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those examples. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". It doesn't restrict to only those headings. So we could add Experience & Education as a heading if we want. But to be safe, we can use Qualifications for both the must and the will have lists, maybe split into two subsections? But we cannot add subheadings unless we use

          again; we could use another

for Experience & Education. That would be another heading not in the example but likely acceptable. However the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." implies those are examples, not exhaustive. So we can use other headings as needed. I'll include Experience & Education as its own heading. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Education, Schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. Let's craft.

          About the role

          • Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO 9001:2015
          • Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
          • Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
          • Ensure the promotion of customer focus
          • Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained

          Responsibilities

          • Responsible for leading the design, development, and documentation of low- and medium-voltage switchgear and power distribution systems, while providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, customer requirements, and MCM quality standards.
          • Technical Leadership:

            • Provide guidance on complex design challenges, protection schemes, control circuits, and customer requirements.
            • Provide peer reviews of the engineering deliverables of less experienced engineers.

            • Support engineering training and knowledge sharing initiatives.
            • Assist in developing and maintaining engineering standards, templates, and best practices.
          • Advanced Design Engineering:
            • Lead the design and development of complex electrical switchgear systems including general requirements, elevation and plan views, one-line diagrams, schematics, and control circuits.

            • Create and revise engineering drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical).
            • Ensure designs comply with relevant standards (e.g., IEC, ANSI, UL, IEEE).
            • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical designers, project managers, and manufacturing teams.
            • Review and interpret customer specifications and provide technical input during submittal, production, and post-shipment phases.
            • Participate in customer technical review meetings and provide engineering expertise during project execution.
            • Support resolution of technical issues during manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and post-shipment activities.
          But note: we used inside
        • . That's okay; still part of
        • . However we have nested
            inside
          • . That's acceptable. Now Qualifications:

            Qualifications

            • Demonstrate advanced technical expertise in switchgear and power distribution system design.
            • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers.

Check we didn't miss any content: The Position Summary also included "Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO 9001:2015" etc. Good. We omitted the line "Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the design, development, and documentation of low- and medium-voltage switchgear and power distribution systems
