About the role

The Labor Commissioner's Office is a dynamic State Agency dedicated to combating wage theft and ensuring that earned wages are placed into the pockets of California workers. This position plays a crucial role in advancing the Labor Commissioner’s Office's law enforcement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and reviews the work of the employees supervised.
• Coordinates the activity of a local district office and other units to effectively and productively advance the Labor Commissioner’s Office law enforcement efforts.
• Provides and promotes outreach to educate the public and engage community stakeholders to address issues and build better enforcement awareness.
