Senior Deployment Engineer (United States)

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $116,875 – $148,187 annually

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, fostering trusted relationships
• Collaborate with global Software Engineers to analyze hiring processes and ensure solution alignment
• Work with GTM team throughout customer lifecycle, presenting technical solutions and implementing interview frameworks
• Conduct strategic reviews with clients to align business objectives and performance
• Analyze performance data, translating findings into strategic recommendations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in Customer Operations and GTM teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, or relevant SaaS consulting
• Proven success in building trusted client relationships during onboarding
• Experience working with C-Suite executives
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Client-facing experience with technical customers essential
