About the role
Responsible for managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage the company's financial risk through effective portfolio management and hedging strategies
- Oversee the implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with business strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with financial planning and analysis
