The Senior Declassification Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing personnel, declassification operations, policy implementation, and interagency coordination supporting classified national security information programs. This role provides leadership for automatic and systematic declassification activities and ensures compliance with Executive Order 13526, Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, Department of Energy (DOE) requirements, the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, and other applicable federal policies governing classified information. The successful candidate will lead declassification teams, develop and implement policies and procedures, coordinate with federal stakeholders, and ensure declassification activities are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This position serves as a subject matter expert on declassification operations and national security information management.
