Role: Senior Data Team Lead overseeing end-to-end data management for global clinical trials. Responsibilities Lead data management activities from study setup to database lock, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance.Act as the primary client contact for all data management deliverables.Oversee SAE, PK, external data reconciliation, and database deployment.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Mentor junior staff and promote best practices.Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to regulatory and SOP standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical fields.Minimum 7 years of clinical data management experience.At least 5 years in a lead clinical data management role.Experience managing large global studies (1000+ patients).Proficiency with Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or similar EDC systems.Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical research processes.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
