Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Team Lead to oversee end-to-end data operations for global clinical trials. The role involves managing data quality, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional teams while acting as the primary client contact for data management deliverables. Key Responsibilities Lead data management activities from trial setup to database lock for complex global studiesServe as the main point of contact for clients regarding all data management communications and deliverablesOversee SAE, PK, external data reconciliation, and database deploymentManage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectationsMentor junior staff and promote process improvements and compliance Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical fieldsAt least 7 years of direct clinical data management experienceOver 5 years in a Lead Clinical Data Management roleProven success managing large-scale global studies with 1,000+ patientsProficiency with Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or similar EDC systemsStrong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research processesExcellent communication and leadership abilities
