Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to shape analytics solutions addressing business priorities
- Manage an analytics workstream, leading analysts and data scientists in building analytical products
- Propose algorithms and predictive models to solve complex business problems
- Analyze structured and unstructured data using advanced statistical techniques
- Develop and deliver presentations on analytics results to stakeholders
- Utilize programming skills to explore and interpret large datasets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant analytic experience
- Proficiency in programming languages R or Python
- Experience working with SQL
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to business partners
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
- Knowledge of advanced analytics tools for large data sets
- Education in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields, preferably with a Master's or PhD
