Senior Data Scientist II - Core Delivery

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, partnering with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $192,000 – $202,500 annually.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop analytical frameworks that steer the product roadmap
• Design and conduct rigorous experiments, interpreting results for actionable insights
• Develop statistical models to identify trends and forecast product performance
• Build simulations to assess the impact of different product or policy changes
• Democratize data access through dashboards and analytical tools for company-wide decision-making
• Leverage expertise in various analytical techniques to innovate the company’s delivery experience
• Present compelling findings to influence leadership decisions and strategies

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning at a product company
• Proven ability to conduct rigorous experiments and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Strong SQL skills for effective data extraction from relational databases
• Proficient in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis using libraries like pandas or scikit-learn
• Ability to create analytical frameworks that directly address business needs
