Senior Data Scientist / Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Data Scientist / Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will partner closely with project managers and clients to turn business needs into practical data solutions. You will serve as a technical advisor across onboarding engagements, ensuring data flows are stable, accurate, and clearly documented while helping stakeholders make evidence-based decisions. The position also includes designing experiments, building prototypes, and translating complex concepts into usable Python-based tools that support implementation success. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with project managers and clients throughout onboarding projects Translate business processes and requirements into data solutions Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Own technical conversations regarding data science and engineering Ensure data flows are accurate, stable, and well-documented Design and analyze A/B tests for evidence-based decision making Develop prototypes and transform ideas into efficient Python code Qualifications Excellent SQL skills and analytical instincts 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in retail or consumer products Hands-on experience with Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and Statsmodels Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, physics, economics, or a related field Benefits Competitive salary and benefits Real responsibility with a broad spectrum of opportunities in applied AI Varied and challenging work to enhance technical skills Flexibility of remote work with a dedicated global team Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
