Responsible for providing roadside assistance services to customers across various regions. This includes responding to customer calls, dispatching service vehicles, and managing claims.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls promptly and efficiently
• Dispatch service vehicles to assist customers in need
• Manage and resolve customer claims

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
