Senior Data Management Analyst

About the role

The Senior Data Management Analyst supports the U.S. Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) in Dahlgren, Virginia. The position involves collecting, reviewing, and analyzing complex information to define problems and deliver structured solution recommendations to the Government. Operations are conducted within a secure Windows environment, ensuring strict data integrity, system maintenance, and cybersecurity compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze information to define the nature and extent of problems and deliver structured solution recommendations to the Government.
• Ensure strict data integrity, system maintenance, and cybersecurity compliance within a secure Windows environment.
• Work within a Windows environment, using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Requirements

• Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to developing and maintaining documentation and/or data management systems.
• Experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to define the nature and extent of a problem and deliver solution recommendations to the Government.
• Experience working in a Windows environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Information Assurance Technical level 3 (IAM III) with a T3 background investigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or similar fields.
• CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, or CCNA certification.

Skills

• CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, or CCNA.
