Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality assurance initiatives to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Develop and implement operational safety strategies to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Design and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient service now platform solutions.
• Develop and maintain embedded software solutions for power systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct thorough security assessments and implement robust security measures to protect company assets and data.
• Manage complex supply chain operations, optimizing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee verification and validation projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, systems engineering, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform and its integration with other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of power systems and their integration into embedded software solutions.
