Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a discipline requiring strong analytical and critical thinking skills (e.g., Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics)
• 7+ years professional experience in data-driven or technical consulting roles, with proven experience working with complex solution designs
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify technical complexity
• Demonstrated ability to translate intricate business requirements into actionable, high-quality specifications
• Strong organizational skills; adept at prioritizing multiple high impact initiatives and navigating cross-team dependencies
• Advanced interpersonal skills for building consensus across cross-functional teams
• Technical proficiency in SQL; advanced familiarity with Python, Tableau, and cloud platforms
• Ability to analyze and interpret product logic, data models, and algorithmic workflows
• Domain knowledge in the real estate economy (e.g., mortgage servicing, property insurance, credit)
• Understanding of Big Data, Cloud, and Machine Learning concepts (preferred)
