Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities
- Query and analyze large datasets to extract and communicate meaningful insights
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Omni, Sigma)
- Build and apply machine learning models in Python — from predictive modeling to applied techniques that generate deeper analytical insight
- Own forecasting and experimentation initiatives end-to-end, from framework design through measurement and recommendation
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and emerging trends
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as necessary
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics) or equivalent experience
- Able to commute to the Dedham, MA office 3 days/week
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and transformation
- Skilled in Python - for advanced analysis and automation, including building and running machine learning models
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Omni, Sigma)
- Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, and the posted range is not a guarantee of any specific offer.
Schedule
This role is based in Dedham, MA, with a hybrid schedule of 3 in-office days each week. Many team members choose to come in more often, which is a great way to stay inspired and engaged with the team.
