Position Summary
Tennant is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Cybersecurity Manager to lead its enterprise cybersecurity program. This role has responsibility for defining, executing, and continuously improving the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and operational capabilities to protect Tennant’s information systems, networks and data from evolving cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelors Degree or minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
- Advanced cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices across enterprise environments.
- Significant experience leading or managing enterprise cybersecurity programs.
- Working technical knowledge of CrowdStrike EDR solutions.
- Experience in MDR and XDR solutions.
- Familiarity with standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001 or ISA/IEC 62443
- Demonstrated success developing and executing cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience collaborating with senior IT leaders, risk management and business stakeholders.
