About the role

The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer / Security Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-assurance systems and MLS (Multi-Level Security) solutions. This role requires expertise in cybersecurity, system architecture, and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure systems and architectures that meet high-assurance standards.
• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into product development lifecycle.
• Stay current with emerging threats and technologies to inform security strategy and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or related field.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Experience with high-assurance systems and MLS solutions.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and CMMC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification preferred.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
