Responsibilities

• Collaborate to identify access and collection gaps that can be satisfied through cyber collection and/or preparation activities, leveraging all authorized resources and analytic techniques to penetrate targeted networks and/or conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data.
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain more target information.
• Conduct analysis to determine how targets communicate, move, operate, and live based on knowledge of target technologies, digital networks, and the applications on them.
• Develop intelligence frameworks: assess the context and reliability of collected information and create dissemination plans to provide actionable insights to clients.
• Identify access and collection gaps: leverage appropriate strategies and prioritize collection efforts to gather relevant data on cyber threats, analyzing and interpreting complex information to identify key trends and patterns and close data gaps for mission execution.
• Advise clients on threat mitigation strategies and solutions to enhance their security posture and stay ahead of emerging threats.
• Maintain threat awareness: continuously monitor and assess the dynamic threat landscape, identifying new threats and vulnerabilities to inform intelligence gathering and analysis efforts.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions and take proactive measures to defend against potential threats.
• May supervise others in the performance of operational mission support.

Requirements

• Cyber Threat Analysis Experience: analyzing and interpreting complex information to identify key trends and patterns in cyber threats, and assessing the context and reliability of collected information.
• Intelligence Framework Development: developing intelligence frameworks and dissemination plans to provide actionable insights to clients.
• Full Spectrum Cyber Operations Strategy Development: advising clients on full-spectrum cyber operation strategies and solutions to execute mission operations in cyberspace.
• Threat Landscape Awareness: continuously monitoring and maintaining awareness of the dynamic threat landscape, identifying and assessing new threats and vulnerabilities.
• Intelligence Gathering and Dissemination: leveraging appropriate strategies to prioritize collection efforts and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI access (required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.
• Advanced Threat Analysis: analyzing complex threat data to identify trends and patterns, assessing context and reliability, and developing actionable insights.
• Cybersecurity Solution Development: developing and implementing threat mitigation strategies and solutions.
• Threat Intelligence Leadership: leading threat intelligence gathering and dissemination efforts, prioritizing collection, and delivering actionable insights.
