Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and operationalization of security tools post-selection
- Implement baseline configurations and ensure tools meet production readiness
- Develop monitoring, runbooks, and processes for ongoing operational support
- Configure, maintain, patch, and upgrade security tools as per standards
- Manage security tool lifecycles including scaling and decommissioning
- Partner with incident response teams to ensure operational readiness during events
- Identify and implement improvements in tooling reliability and efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with enterprise security platforms
- Hands-on experience with endpoint protection, SIEM, vulnerability management, or cloud security tools
- Strong understanding of Linux/Windows systems and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with system integrations, logging and telemetry pipelines
- Experience with change, incident, and problem management processes
