Responsibilities

  • Create tailored Customer Success Plans for federal agencies
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and agency health check-ins
  • Facilitate software adoption and usage expansion of the company solutions
  • Identify and manage customer health risks, coordinating escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with federal system integrators and partners for deployment support
  • Gather customer feedback to inform internal product and strategy teams
  • Ensure customers are ready for renewal by helping them meet success metrics

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in Customer Success or related roles within U.S. federal government
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with software in classified and mission-critical environments
  • Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks like FedRAMP and DoD
  • Strong executive communication and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes and budget cycles
  • Proven track record managing complex relationships across various stakeholders
  • Technical understanding of AI and advanced software platforms
