Responsibilities
- Create tailored Customer Success Plans for federal agencies
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and agency health check-ins
- Facilitate software adoption and usage expansion of the company solutions
- Identify and manage customer health risks, coordinating escalations as needed
- Collaborate with federal system integrators and partners for deployment support
- Gather customer feedback to inform internal product and strategy teams
- Ensure customers are ready for renewal by helping them meet success metrics
Qualifications
- 12+ years in Customer Success or related roles within U.S. federal government
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with software in classified and mission-critical environments
- Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks like FedRAMP and DoD
- Strong executive communication and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes and budget cycles
- Proven track record managing complex relationships across various stakeholders
- Technical understanding of AI and advanced software platforms
