About the role

The Senior Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager, Consumer Plastics Division Arden Hills. This role is responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests, as well as managing all internal processes related to customer orders. They will also provide backup support to all other Customer Service Representatives and the Customer Service Manager.
