Senior Customer Experience Specialist
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and custom signage projects
- Guide customers through projects from initial concept to final delivery
- Build strong relationships that create long-term customer loyalty
- Partner with sales, production, design, and support teams to ensure project success
- Solve challenges with urgency, professionalism, and creativity
- Become a subject matter expert on products, processes, and customer solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Wage Range
$25.33 to $32.43 per Hour

Monday - Friday, overtime is scheduled as needed
Education & Experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, business, or a related field with 2 – 4 years of sales experience. An equivalent combination of education or experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the role may also be considered.
