About the role
The Senior Customer Business Partner (Sr. CBP) for Walmart Period Care is accountable for all aspects of building, selling, and executing joint business plans that deliver the objectives of the assigned customer team and Kimberly-Clark Business Unit(s). You will conduct Joint Business Planning alongside key customer contacts to align on goals and plans, then collaborate to execute and adjust as needed. Internally, you will lead key planning processes, including the Annual Operating Plan and Business Planning Processes, and ensure alignment with BU strategies and KC policies. You will also work with cross-functional customer team members to analyze, build, and execute the business plan.
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively build and implement the customer business plan
- Sell and negotiate by engaging the customer in joint business planning to gain alignment
- Manage delivery of the plan and business objectives; check and adjust as necessary
- Maintain a trusted relationship with the assigned customer to position Kimberly-Clark as a key partner
- Take accountability for delivering results by solving gaps with existing resources, trade dollars, and BU sales support
- Conduct business and data analysis to build data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Present to executive-level staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of progressive experience in customer development, category management, and trade management
- Experience presenting to executive-level staff
- Proficiency with Nielsen data and Scintilla
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Results and strategy orientation, business intuition, and planning expertise
- Leadership, relationship-building, and quantitative business analysis skills
- Change management and team management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in forecasting, supply and demand, and shelf resets
- Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and with K-C customer/retailer accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives with merchant partners
- Experience developing and executing unique customer solutions and innovation
- Digital commerce experience

Pay
Salary Range: $101,220 – $125,060 USD (base pay for fully qualified hires; actual pay depends on location, skills, performance, and experience). This role is also eligible for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite.
