Senior Customer Architect

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Customer Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role focuses on guiding complex customer implementations, driving adoption, and helping customers realize measurable value from advanced cloud and security capabilities. You will act as a trusted technical partner across the customer lifecycle, working closely with internal teams to support integration, optimization, and long-term success. The position also combines strategic account planning with hands-on technical guidance to improve outcomes and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for customer implementations and adoption programs
• Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle
• Develop strategic account success plans focused on operationalization and value realization
• Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and integration
• Contribute to the development of customer success processes and resources

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, security engineering, or technical account management
• 5+ years with cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers (Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and application security practices
• Experience in security engineering and architecture, particularly in API and AI security
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing complex customer relationships
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills

Compensation

$180,000 – $202,000 annually
