Senior Customer Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Customer Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will serve as a trusted technical partner for customers, guiding implementations from kickoff through adoption and long-term operational success. You will work closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to turn technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. The position combines solution design, account planning, and customer advocacy to help drive stronger product usage and satisfaction across the lifecycle.
