Senior CTS Project Manager

About the Role

The Senior CTS Project Manager leads complex, high-impact initiatives across the CTS portfolio and governs project, change, and release management practices. The role requires advanced leadership, portfolio planning, and process improvement capability to align major initiatives with enterprise priorities. The Senior CTS Project Manager works with CTS leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to coordinate delivery across interrelated programs. This role typically reports to the Head of Corporate Systems and strengthens delivery standards across CTS.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor execution of approved change requests to confirm successful implementation and control outcomes.
• Oversee vendor engagements and ensure contractual alignment with CTS priorities and business goals.
• Standardize and evolve project and operational processes across CTS to improve consistency and control.
• Govern release management practices to ensure reliable, repeatable enterprise deployments.
• Direct administrative execution across complex programs to ensure consistent coordination, documentation, and follow-through.
• Establish portfolio schedules and adjust priorities to align major initiatives with enterprise objectives.
• Align executives, business leaders, and technical teams through clear communications that support enterprise decisions.
• Optimize portfolio investments by balancing scope, cost, risk, and operational value across CTS initiatives.
• Develop and improve change management processes that support reliable CTS execution and governance.
• Create CAB communication plans that support consistent stakeholder awareness and change readiness.
• Strategically allocate resources across programs to maximize delivery effectiveness and priority alignment.
• Improve upgrade scheduling practices to support reliable, large-scale device refresh execution.
• Ensure testing strategies reduce release risk and support successful implementation across major initiatives.
• Standardize documentation practices to improve consistency, accessibility, and governance across CTS.
• Lead multiple high-complexity initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes across CTS.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance CTS service delivery and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management or related field.
• 5-7 years of IT experience.
• 2-6 years of project management experience.
• Proficient with ITIL Foundation and Agile/Scrum fundamentals.
• Construction industry knowledge preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $100,000 - $120,000
• Regular work days and hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders, and walk on uneven ground.
