Requirements
- Rocket Radiologic Technologist License - Arkansas Department of Health
- ARRT - Computed Tomography
- ARRT - Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or technical school or nursing diploma
- 6 years of direct experience in imaging
- Pediatric experience
Skills
- Quality CT exams
- Preceptorship
- Preparation of IV and oral contrast
- Explanations of exams/procedures to patients and families
- Maintenance of equipment
- Utilization of current or new technologies in CT
- Compliance with regulatory laws and protocols
