We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs before responsibilities. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if there is real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: "At Enact Mortgage Insurance (Nasdaq: ACT), we understand that there’s no place like home. That’s why we bring our deep expertise, insightful offerings, and extra mile service to work every day to help lenders put more people in homes and keep them there. We're looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Credit Risk Modeling Manager in Raleigh to assess, model, and price its growing reinsurance business. This individual contributor role involves modeling, analyzing, structuring, pricing, and managing risk. You will collaborate closely with teams to shape credit products and influence key decisions by tackling complex problems and delivering meaningful results. You are responsible for helping Enact succeed in its long-term growth strategy. Success in this role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, financial acumen, insurance and credit risk modeling expertise, and effective communication." That's about the role. So we can have

About the role

with

containing that paragraph(s). Possibly also location line: "LOCATION Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, NC – Hybrid Schedule". That's location and schedule. We have schedule info: Hybrid Schedule. Also location. We could include schedule in a Schedule section if we have content. The posting says "Hybrid Schedule". Also later under WHY WORK AT ENACT: "Hybrid work schedule (shared in-office days Tues/Wed/Thurs)". So schedule details exist. So we can have a Schedule section with that info. Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section. Benefits: Under WHY WORK AT ENACT list: Hybrid work schedule (already schedule), Generous Time Off, 40 Hours of Volunteer Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement and Student Loan Repayment, Paid Family Leave and Flexible Spending Accounts, 401k with up to 5% employer match, Fitness and Emotional Wellness Reimbursements. Also maybe other benefits. So we can have Benefits section with those items as list. Qualifications: There's a "Your Qualifications" bullet list. Also "Preferred Qualifications". So we can have Qualifications section (maybe combine required and preferred). The instruction: Use headings for Qualifications, Skills, etc. We have qualifications content. We could also have Skills section separate if we want, but we can put skills under Qualifications or separate. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine qualifications and skills into one Qualifications section. But we have separate headings allowed: Qualifications, Skills. We could put required qualifications under Qualifications, and preferred under Preferred Qualifications (maybe as a subsection). But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can have Qualifications (required) and maybe Skills (if we extract skills). However the qualifications list includes skills like "Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills", "Proven ability to take independent ownership...", "Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills". Those are skills. Could put them under Skills section. But we can also keep them under Qualifications. Given the instruction to prefer few substantive sections, maybe we do: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. That's five sections. We'll omit Requirements (since qualifications cover). We'll omit Skills (since included in Qualifications). We'll omit Pay (none). We'll include Schedule (specific). We'll include Benefits (specific). We'll include Qualifications (required + preferred). We'll include Responsibilities. Now we need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. So we need to include all bullet points from responsibilities, qualifications, preferred qualifications, benefits, schedule, location maybe. We need to format responsibilities as

  • . Similarly qualifications as list. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. The posting includes an EEO paragraph at end: "We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer..." We must remove that. Also remove "This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship." That's maybe not boilerplate but it's a note; is it considered minor metadata? It's not a heading; we could fold into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." This line is minor metadata; we could drop it or include in a short p. Probably drop it to keep concise. Also remove "Company Enact is a leading publicly traded..." paragraph about company; that's not boilerplate but it's about company. Should we keep? It's substantive about company. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep company description. However we already have About the role section; we could include company description there or as separate section? There's no heading for company. Could incorporate into About the role as additional paragraph. Also "WHY WORK AT ENACT" section includes benefits; we already captured benefits. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Now craft HTML. Structure:

Located at Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, NC – Hybrid Schedule.

But location maybe better in Schedule section. We'll keep location in About the role? Might be redundant. We'll put location in Schedule section. Now Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Build quantitative frameworks to assess credit risk, expected performance, loss emergence, capital usage, and deal-level economics across transaction types.
    • Apply statistical, stochastic, and scenario-based modeling techniques to evaluate collateral performance, ratings migration, macroeconomic trends, and stress outcomes.
    • Develop, enhance, and maintain pricing, exposure, and portfolio risk models for reinsurance transactions and emerging business opportunities.
    • Design and execute scenario, sensitivity, stress testing, and what-if analyses to support underwriting decisions, capital management, and portfolio risk limits.
    • Align modeling assumptions, pricing approaches, and risk outputs with internal standards, regulatory requirements, rating agency views, and model risk governance expectations.
    • Evaluate, validate, and improve internal and external models to ensure they are fit for use under Enact’s Model Risk Framework.
    • Analyze transaction and portfolio performance data to identify key risk drivers, emerging trends, concentration risks, and actionable business insights.
    • Partner with Underwriting, Finance, Actuarial, Risk, Operations, IT, and leadership teams to gather data, interpret model results, and translate analytics into business recommendations.
    • Clearly document model assumptions, limitations, risks, controls, and confidence levels to support transparency, repeatability, and governance.
    • Present concise, decision-ready modeling insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Qualifications: We'll combine required and preferred.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in financial mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, or related field
    • 7+ years of quantitative experience working with performance data and building risk models in insurance, reinsurance, or finance
    • Experience developing, testing, and documenting quantitative frameworks and risk models
    • Knowledge of stochastic modeling concepts and application
    • Experience working with capital modeling, financial cashflows and financial metrics
    • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
    • Proven ability to take independent ownership of projects and deliver results under tight deadlines
    • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills that allow for collaboration at all levels within the organization, including senior management

    Preferred:

    • Advanced degree, CFA, FRM, or actuarial designation
    • Experience in developing risk frameworks, underwriting guidance, and pricing strategies
    • Experience with structured credit both in single name and portfolio form
    • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis via SQL and Excel or a programming language such as Python, R, SAS or similar
    Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Hybrid work schedule (shared in-office days Tues/Wed/Thurs)
    • Generous Time Off
    • 40 Hours of Volunteer Time Off
    • Tuition Reimbursement and Student Loan Repayment
    • Paid Family Leave and Flexible Spending Accounts
    • 401k with up to 5% employer match
    • Fitness and Emotional Wellness Reimbursements
Schedule: We already included hybrid schedule in benefits; but we could still have a Schedule section with details. However to avoid duplication, we could keep schedule only in Benefits. But the instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The schedule is mentioned both in location line and benefits. We could put schedule details in Benefits; we already have hybrid work schedule listed. So we might not need separate Schedule section. However we also have location line "Hybrid Schedule". That's covered. So we can omit Schedule section to avoid thin duplicate. But we might still want a Schedule section with specifics like "Hybrid work schedule (shared in-office days Tues/Wed/Thurs)". However that's already in Benefits list. To avoid duplication, we can keep it only in Benefits. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we omit Schedule. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The paragraph about company: "Company Enact is a leading publicly traded U.S. private mortgage insurance provider..." We haven't included that yet. Should we include? It's substantive about company. We could add a short paragraph after About the role or as part of About the role. Let's add a paragraph under About the role after the first p maybe. We have About the role currently two paragraphs: description and location. We could add company description as third paragraph. Thus:
