Senior Credit and Collections Manager

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to create and improve credit and collections policies
• Implement automated solutions for risk-balanced credit management
• Manage customer credit processing for accuracy and efficiency
• Lead global AR and Collections team to exceed KPIs
• Oversee dispute management and ensure efficient clearance of invoices
• Maintain accurate customer credit records using ERP systems
• Analyze credit and cash collections metrics to drive improvements

Qualifications

• 10+ years in credit and collections management
• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field
• Proven project management experience
• Strong leadership capabilities with mentoring experience
• Expertise in cloud-based ERP systems, particularly Workday

Pay

$280,000 – $480,000 annually
