You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to create and improve credit and collections policies
- Implement automated solutions for risk-balanced credit management
- Manage customer credit processing for accuracy and efficiency
- Lead global AR and Collections team to exceed KPIs
- Oversee dispute management and ensure efficient clearance of invoices
- Maintain accurate customer credit records using ERP systems
- Analyze credit and cash collections metrics to drive improvements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in credit and collections management
- Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field
- Proven project management experience
- Strong leadership capabilities with mentoring experience
- Expertise in cloud-based ERP systems, particularly Workday
Pay
$280,000 – $480,000 annually
