Senior Creative Tech Producer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Creative Technology Producer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage large-scale projects, ensuring the successful execution of innovative technology-driven solutions that meet our clients' needs. As the primary point of contact for clients seeking creative tech integration, you will foster strong relationships while overseeing project delivery from concept through execution.

Location: Hybrid | Los Angeles, CA (preferred) or NYC, NY

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end production process for multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and production staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and clients on technical aspects of projects, helping to translate complex concepts into understandable terms.
• Manage the on-site installation, live execution, and deinstallation of all assigned elements.
• Adapt quickly and effectively to changing circumstances, priorities, and demands, including embracing feedback and remaining calm under pressure.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates, gather feedback, and align on expectations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing accounts.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocation to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Prepare detailed budget proposals and forecasts for clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Conduct regular financial reviews to identify and mitigate potential budgetary concerns.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative and effective solutions that align with client objectives.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to inspire and drive the development of new ideas.
• Ensure that all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of work are maintained throughout the production lifecycle.
• Review and approve final deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and project objectives.
• Solicit and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to continuously improve processes and outputs.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovative solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful integration of technology into creative projects.
• Advocate for the use of technology to enhance creative outputs and improve client experiences.
• Define technical scopes, liaise with external technology partners, and lead procurement of required tools, hardware, and software as needed per project.
• Confidently manage and oversee a team of producers depending on the project scope and scale.
• Mentor and guide junior producers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and encouraging team members to strive for their best work.
• Demonstrate leadership under pressure, making sound decisions, delegating tasks effectively, and maintaining team morale in high-stress situations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Technology, Business) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in creative project management, with a focus on technology-driven projects.
• Proven track record managing large budgets ($500k+) and delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of creative processes, production techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Figma or similar).
