Senior Creative Project Manager
Requirements
4-6 years of project management experience in creative, marketing, or brand environments
Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional creative projects
Proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com
Solid understanding of creative and production workflows (print, digital, social, design)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across campaigns, content, digital assets and brand initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring teams are aligned on key milestones, deliverables and deadlines
- Proactively communicate any shifts or changes in project plan to keep teams informed and on track
- Act as a bridge between the Brand Studio and other team pillars—marketing, operations and commercialization—translating needs in both directions
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard
- Manage risks, escalate issues, and course correct as needed
- Manage external vendors or freelancers when needed
- Maintain documentation, briefs and timelines in Monday.com
- Facilitate kickoffs, stand-ups and recurring status meetings

Pay
The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
Schedule
This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
