What you'll do
- Define and lead Juventus’ creative direction across campaigns, content, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
- Develop creative concepts, visual territories, and guidelines that bring brand strategies to life.
- Lead and inspire creative teams, fostering excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Oversee the development of creative assets and productions across multiple channels and formats.
- Partner with Content & Media teams to create impactful experiences across digital, social, editorial, and multimedia platforms.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to balance creative ambition with operational feasibility.
- Guide agencies, production suppliers, and external creative partners through clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Support commercial and partnership activations while protecting and strengthening Juventus’ brand identity.
- Stay ahead of emerging creative trends, cultural movements, and industry best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
What we're looking for
- 6–9 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, branding, design, or integrated communication roles.
- Previous experience managing creative teams and delivering complex, multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience working with agencies, production partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in brand development, visual identity systems, content production, and creative storytelling.
- Deep understanding of digital, social, editorial, and multimedia ecosystems.
- Ability to combine creativity, strategic thinking, and business awareness.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Freshman level fluency in Italian and English.
