Senior CPFR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior CPFR Manager to lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment for our Walmart apparel business. This fully on-site role in Bentonville will own forecast accuracy, in-stock performance, and replenishment health across a multi-million-dollar portfolio — and will serve as the day-to-day CPFR point of contact with the Walmart Planning, Replenishment, and Merchant organizations. This person will act as a player-coach: setting the CPFR strategy for the account, mentoring a CPFR Manager, and personally driving the highest-visibility categories, seasonal launches, and modular resets. Success in this role means fewer stockouts, cleaner inventory positions, tighter forecast accuracy, and a Walmart merchandising team that trusts our numbers.
