Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED with 2 years’ relevant human services experience (required).
• Ability to be reached by phone and possession of a vehicle for business travel throughout Cayuga County.
• Evidence of understanding and empathy for the mental health population.
• Flexibility to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License in accordance with Unity House policies and regulations.

Schedule

Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.
