Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED with 2 years' relevant human services experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, etc., or an Associate's Degree in a human service related field plus 3 years of experience in human services
  • Or a High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years' experience in human services
  • Computer skills and keyboarding familiarity required
  • Must be able to be reached by phone and have a vehicle to transport and complete organization business
  • Valid NYS Driver's License required according with regulations and organization policies/procedures

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED with 2 year's relevant human services experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, etc. OR an Associate's Degree in a human service related field plus three years of experience in human services OR a High School Diploma/GED plus five years' experience in human services preferred.
  • Computer skills and keyboarding familiarity required.
  • Must be able to be reached by phone and have a vehicle to transport and complete organization business.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing serious mental illness using trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approaches.
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills a must.
  • Valid NYS Driver's License required according with regulations and organization policies/procedures.

Full Time Regular Monday - Friday 8a-4p
