Requirements
- High School diploma/GED with 2 years' relevant human services experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, etc., or an Associate's Degree in a human service related field plus 3 years of experience in human services
- Or a High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years' experience in human services
- Computer skills and keyboarding familiarity required
- Must be able to be reached by phone and have a vehicle to transport and complete organization business
- Valid NYS Driver's License required according with regulations and organization policies/procedures
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED with 2 year's relevant human services experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, etc. OR an Associate's Degree in a human service related field plus three years of experience in human services OR a High School Diploma/GED plus five years' experience in human services preferred.
- Computer skills and keyboarding familiarity required.
- Must be able to be reached by phone and have a vehicle to transport and complete organization business.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing serious mental illness using trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approaches.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills a must.
- Valid NYS Driver's License required according with regulations and organization policies/procedures.
