Senior Counsel, Payments & Fintech

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Counsel, Payments & Fintech to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will provide senior legal guidance on global payments initiatives, helping shape product design, market expansion, and compliant commercialization. You will partner closely with business, product, treasury, and operational stakeholders to navigate a complex regulatory environment and support scalable growth. The position also includes drafting and negotiating strategic agreements, managing external counsel, and translating legal requirements into practical business advice.
