Senior Counsel, Transactions, (Enterprise, Payments, and Ecosystem)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise, Payments, and Ecosystem teams to support commercial transactions globally
• Negotiate and draft complex fintech and payments agreements
• Create contract templates and terms of use for the company’s products
• Develop and implement efficient legal processes and metrics
• Absorb and advise on finance, payments, and blockchain developments
• Assist business leaders with contract management and interpretation
• Provide practical transactional advice to support global business strategies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience in global commercial transactions
• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating fintech and tech agreements
• Proven ability to collaborate with international teams across time zones
• Strong understanding of legal issues in payments and blockchain
• Ability to manage multifaceted deals across various stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• J.D. or foreign equivalent and active U.S. State Bar membership

Pay

$230,000 – $297,500 annually
