Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property Litigation

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. and international patent disputes from issue identification to resolution
• Collaborate with outside counsel and in-house teams to develop case strategies
• Conduct witness interviews and manage discovery processes
• Draft motions, briefs, and trial preparation documents
• Advises on IP strategies in alignment with business and research goals

Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited law school, admission to practice in the U.S.
• Minimum four years of experience practicing Intellectual Property law
• Strong trial experience, including biotech-related matters
• Hands-on U.S. patent litigation experience in federal or administrative courts
• Degree in sciences or working knowledge of molecular biology or related fields
