About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in our global payment solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve payment processing efficiency and customer service
• Collaborate with product development teams to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and vendors
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications
