• Balance speed and risk in contract negotiations and legal processes.
• Ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks across healthcare commercial agreements.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of healthcare law experience.
• J.D. from an accredited institution.
• Pragmatic, 'get-to-yes' mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup environment.
