Responsibilities
- Advise on complex legal matters related to healthcare operations
- Support primary care business activities and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide legal guidance to senior management and operational teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements
- Assist in risk management and compliance initiatives
- Occasional travel to company offices may be required
Qualifications & Skills
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Over 5 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare law and regulatory environment preferred
