We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "About The Department" and "The Position". We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: About The Department (description). Could map to "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; but we have "About The Department". Could treat as "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings if content matches. We have department description; maybe we put under "About the role". Could also have "Responsibilities" (Essential Functions). "Qualifications" (Qualifications). "Benefits" (benefits description). "Pay" (base compensation range). "Schedule" (Physical Requirements includes travel and onsite). Also maybe "Skills" not explicitly listed; we could omit if no specific skills list. We have some skill-like statements: Ability to effectively collaborate..., Demonstrated success managing projects..., Effective time management..., Ability to handle multiple projects..., Strong problem-solving..., Working knowledge... a plus, Prior experience... a plus, Desire... These could go under Skills or Qualifications. But we already have Qualifications section for JD etc. Might put skills under "Skills". However we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine skills into Qualifications or Responsibilities. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (department description). Responsibilities (Essential Functions). Qualifications (education, experience). Benefits (benefits list). Pay (compensation range). Schedule (travel/onsite). Skills maybe not needed as separate; we could embed skill statements in Qualifications or Responsibilities. But we have many skill statements; maybe better to create Skills section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, accommodation contact, legal disclaimer, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can reformat. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract substantive content: About The Department paragraph(s): - The Legal department is comprised of our Legal and Patents functions. About the role

(use department description).

Responsibilities

(maybe combine Relationships and Essential Functions? Actually Responsibilities could be the bullet list of essential functions; Relationships could be part of Responsibilities as well). We'll put Responsibilities as the essential functions list. Could also include Relationships under Responsibilities. We'll combine.

Qualifications

(JD etc).

Skills

(maybe the ability statements). But we already have many ability statements in Qualifications; we could move them to Skills. However Qualifications already includes ability statements; but we can keep them there. To avoid duplication, we could put ability statements under Skills and keep Qualifications for education/experience only. Let's split: Qualifications: JD, years experience, in-house experience preferred, State Bar admission, healthcare/pharma experience preferred, manufacturing employment law experience encouraged. Skills: ability to collaborate, project management, time management, communication, handling multiple projects, problem-solving, change leadership, ERISA knowledge a plus, M&A experience a plus, desire for personal development. That seems reasonable.

Benefits

(list).

Pay

(compensation range, bonus, long-term incentive, company vehicles).

Schedule

(travel 0-10% overnight, location Clayton NC, onsite 5 days a week). We must not include headings with filler text. All sections have content. Now format: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

    . For headings use

. We need to preserve all substantive information; we must not lose any detail. Let's ensure we include all points. About the role: include the department description paragraph(s). Could be two paragraphs? We'll combine into one

maybe with line breaks? We'll keep as

containing the sentences. Responsibilities: list of essential functions (including relationships?). We'll include the relationship statements as part of responsibilities maybe as a

then list. But we need to use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can put the essential functions as list. The relationship statements could be a

preceding list. Qualifications: list of education/experience requirements. Use

      • . Skills: list of ability statements. Use
        • . Benefits: list of benefits items. Use
          • . Also time off policies could be separate
          • . Pay: could be

            with details. Schedule:

with travel and location. Let's craft. Check for any boilerplate removed: EEO, accommodation contact, equal opportunity statement, "We commit to an inclusive recruitment process..." etc. Also remove the long paragraph about Novo Nordisk purpose etc. That's boilerplate? It's about company mission; might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive? It's generic marketing; but instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The mission statement might be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed; however it's not specific to the job. Safer to remove it. Also remove "At Novo Nordisk, your skills, dedication and ambition will help us change lives for the better." That's part of About The Department; it's specific to the role? It's still generic but appears in that paragraph. Might keep as it's part of department description. But it's somewhat fluff. However it's part of the provided text; we should preserve ALL substantive information; it's not boilerplate per se. So keep. Now produce HTML. Let's write:
